Bastards ๐Ÿ˜‚ I headed down to the beach this afternoon, a local beach I somehow haven't stumbled across before, hoping to try and just shake the day off. I've been doing this thing lately where I just get in the car and see where I end up. I'm a creature of habit that also happens to love big spontaneous adventures. These two things, obviously, don't go necessarily together so it takes a bit of a leap of faith on my behalf. More often than not though, I'm rewarded with stunning scenery and lovely wildlife and wow, the Silvereyes are such pretty little birds. I got to see them feeding on their three main food sources - flying erratically after insects, feeding on the nectar from lantana blossoms and swallowing small red berries whole. You won't see any of those things though, not on here at least and not now that's for sure, because as I mentioned before, these birds are total #birdturds. But look, I'm nothing if not persistent, so those little Silvereyes better believe they'll be seeing a lot more of me and my potty mouth and I expect them to be waiting and posing for me, when I arrive ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Silvereye Corrimal #corrimal #northernillawarra #birdsofoz #coalcoast #silvereye #birdturds #backyardzoology
