*Drives to hill overlooking the ocean 

Me: "Can't see any birds. Should we move onto the next spot?"
Husby: "Well, there's a pigeon on that pole. We could take some photos of that"
Me: "I don't want to take photos of a bloody pigeon" (apologies pigeon lovers 😬)

*looks up at pole. 

He may not be great at identification but he's bloody awesome at giving me exactly what I need - and today I just happened to need a very pretty, small raptor to adore
