Today? Today was pretty damn incredible. Today was also made possible by the miracle that is 'chips and gravy'.

I had a full on hankering all morning, a hankering that I was desperately trying to ignore. I even went to the fridge at work to grab my freshly prepared pineapple only to find I'd left it in my bag all morning. That pretty much sealed the deal that chippies were in my future. I mean, I was hungry! So due to my quick stop to fulfil my cravings, I actually made it to my whale watching spot a fair whack later than usual.

I wandered around for a while and then all of a sudden a mumma humpback and her baby made their presence known! Got to spend about 50 minutes all up watching these amazing animals tail slapping and breaching.
