Some very noisy birds alerted my neighbour who alerted me to the presence of another python. I say 'another' because this one was much smaller than the resident python - son of python if you will! This time in the trees at the side of the house but moving super fast. By the time we sighted it again he'd gone on to the neighbour's driveway and was quickly making its way straight up the high, stone retaining wall. Just goes to show how strong these animals are - one of the kids who was watching at the time pointed out that it almost looked like the snake was levitating as it positioned itself to move directly up the wall. Thanks for body shaming me snake - I'm a notoriously bad climber/rock scrambler and I have four limbs! 😂Hubby is not impressed with this new turn of events but I'll just be over here waiting for python number 3! 🙌 Diamond Python Thirroul #northernillawarra #coalcoast #python #reptiles #australianwildlife #wildlife #backyardzoology
