This photo pretty much sums up life at mine and makes me laugh every single time I look at it: the husband demonstrating how to do work from home right, in the hammock, fully ugg booted up, my littlest dog Elsie noticing that something has happened long after it's actually happened and some random wildlife encounter thrown in for good measure 🤣 The King Parrots - the male with the red head and the female with the green - have been coming in daily, firstly seeing if we have anything for them and then heading to our palm tree to fill their bellies on the fruit. This female was particularly cheeky and landed on the post of the hammock, while the male sat on top of my egg chair. I swear all the animals think they actually own our place and everything in it, including us! Both Matt and Elsie missed the action though, him engrossed in work and her in licking her feet. It wasn't until I barrelled through the scene trying to grab a quick phone photo that the Kingy took to the sky and everyone else realised what was happening! King Parrots Northern Illawarra
