Not gonna lie, this post in just a filler until tomorrow's which I'm very excited about. I mean, who doesn't love a WTF Wednesday?! But in the mean time, there's ummm, Tuesday I guess 😂
And that pretty much sums up today. It was good. The end. Nothing overly exciting. Sunny weather down at the beach, a smattering of birds and people. The usual suspects in Sea Hares and Sea Stars but no-one really taking their behaviour to the next level so no real reason to plunge the camera in the water. I did get a little obsessed with a couple of gorgeous Sea Anemones, watching as their tentacles curled and shrugged with a life of their own.
Don't get me wrong, it was delicious and relaxing in that way that can only happen when you have nothing really to chase. But as far as giving you guys something interesting, I'm afraid these lovely Little Black Cormorants will have to do. They're not all bad, just look at those turquoise eyes! 😍 They hang around in flocks so it was kind of cute watching as one took off and they all took off, one landed in the ocean and then they all landed in the ocean. One duck dived under the waves, they all duck dived under the waves. As an only child this sort of behaviour left me completely baffled but it beats trying to play duck, duck, goose with a circle of your closest teddies I guess 😂
